Important Telephone ordering and customer service line INFO!

We're having work done on our phone system this week - so our usual numbers will be down during this week only (Feb 13th - Feb 20th). If you need to reach us during this time, please call 1-(321)-214-5906. Everything will be back to normal after the 20th with our office number and 1-800 order line. Sorry for any inconvenience.

In other news, we wanted to let you know a few things about the way order handling works around here. Over the past week, we noticed a number of new customers emailing us before ordering to ask if an item on our website was "in stock". Then it kept happening and we started to wonder what was going on! Our csr asked one of the customers who told us that one of the larger online body jewelry sites wasn't keeping hardly anything in stock anymore and treating all orders as "special orders" with 2 week minimum wait times even if overnight shipping had been requested. We felt the need to let everyone know how things work here and that we maintain a very extensive stockroom. Basically, if you see an item on our website, its either one of three things:

1. In stock and ready to ship. Example - stone plugs, nostril studs, captive bead rings, most basic items.
2. All parts are in stock and it just needs to be assembled and shipped (happens the day of shipping anyway...) Example - all bioplast items
3. Manufactured by us - and ready to ship within 48hrs. Example - custom industrial barbells. Exceptions to this are the extreme labrets, some wood plugs, or any custom work (usually take about a week)

In the rare event that someone orders the last pair of whatnots 10 minutes before your order, our relationship with our main supplier is such that we're restocked and shipping within 48-72 hours.

Just thought you might want to know! Also - if there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we'll always make it right - no matter what!


New site update - we're almost finished with the new color charts, new product photos, etc. so we should be changing over VERY soon to the new website. (We'll be announcing the drawing winners at that time as well) Sorry for all the delays - in the mean time you can order from both websites as both are fully functional.
